"Poor experience with them, I feel the staff is very rude. I purchased a polo shirt in store but they didn’t have the size so they did an online order for me but when the shirt came in it has some major stitching defects so I called them to return it or exchange it. The store staff person on call was so rude and asked me to bring back to the store which is like 1 hour drive for me. I explained my situation but she said they wouldn’t do a return unless they get back the shirt first. This store use to be a good store but I feel they need to work on their customer care skills. Very disappointed with the behavior!!!!"

"Mall shopping this year was a bust. However, one forgets the great deals you can find AFTER Christmas. I need to start by thanking the very helpful and polite staff. Looking at all the shirts that needed to be folded, I can oly imagine the number of customers the prior day. I was in the area so stopped in to outlets just as the stores were opening at 10:00 AM. Perfect. Got a nice parking spot, and it was just drizzling. Lots to choose from at Polo shop, though size tops out at XXL. I was able to find the robe my son wanted, and get t-shirts for the same price I would have paid just for the robe, if I had purchased at Macy's days earlier. Plus I signed up for notifications and got an additional 15% of a purchase that was already discounted at 40% off. This is the kind of shopping I love! Thanks for a great experience."
