"We are on vacation towing our travel trailer when our battery on our tow vehicle would not turn over without a jump. Called Napa on July 5 (Monday holiday) and Glen said he had what we needed in stock. The shop is in an industrial park so there was ample room to turn around and park. Glen came out to the truck and tested the battery, determined that we needed a new battery and that our alternator was fine. He went to work uninstalling our old battery, cleaned the terminals and installed the new one very quickly.
