"3 stars for the actual quality of the clothing - far too many pieces are already pilling on the rack, or 100% polyester, or hand wash only, and for the price you’re being charged it’s unreasonable. I have bought boots, a sweater, and pants from this brand and while they’re so cute, I live in constant fear of their damage. I have never dirtied or washed either garment because I don’t think they’d survive it lol. 4 stars for Peter, he was very sweet and warm and had some great recommendations for stuff to pair with the items I tried on."

"The sales manager, who was identified as such by one of the sales staff, exhibited extremely rude behavior. This encounter marked my most unpleasant shopping experience to date. I kindly request that you invest in employee training and cease subjecting your customers to such treatment."

"Very rude blond sales. I feel she is being racism and giving customers difficult time for exchange. Their cloth quality is bad too. There was a big hole on the cloth that purchased online. They can only do store credit. I will never buy their cloth again. Waste of money."

"This store is so poorly organized. Long lines to the fitting rooms and no mirrors inside them. Dirt on the floors. Lots of unfinished detailing or could be the trashy look they were going for. Definitely don’t want to come back to this location ever again."
