"The cloths are cute but the customer service is so awful. They basically close the fitting room whenever they want. Fitting room suppose to close at 8 but I was there around 7:30ish and they already close it without any announcement. This happened everytime I went there."

"The name of this store should be Garbage. It would better match its quality of service and clothing. Can’t even afford to provide paying customers with disposable masks. Although they had no problem letting my purchase clothing with out a mask 3 weeks ago, they refuse to let me make a return with out one on. How desperate can you be?"

"My daughter and I visited this store last night, It was about 8:30pm, we were kinda surprised to see the door halfway closed, when they were supposed to close at 9. We saw others still going in, so we went in. My daughter found a shirt she liked, and was trying to decide which size to purchase, when a very nice employee told her she could try it on, this was at 8:40, while she was trying it on, ( I suspect the manager on duty came over and was very rude to my daughter telling her the dressing rooms we CLOSED in a loud voice. I told her my daughter would have to finish getting her clothes back on, and that we were given permission to use it. That is when the manager started yelling at the poor employee whom let us in. This young employee ensured a purchase from us, however, with the manager yelling at her, we decided to leave the store immediately without a purchase, By the way, we were completely out of the store by 8:45!! The manager (if that’s what she was) has no sense of customer service and/or human decency to her subordinates! Wish I could give the young girl helping us a 5 star, and the manager whom had friends in the store goofing around a zero!"
