"Very rude staff. I walked in more than 40min before they closed, but for some reason they were closing the fitting rooms 30min early. I was told by the same worker twice that the fitting rooms were closing soon, which I understood and would have been done by then, but did not appreciate the attitude. And there were about 5 other people in the fitting room who weren’t done either. I felt rushed and felt like there are better ways to go about letting your customers know the fitting rooms are closing soon. I have worked in retail for years and have never treated customers that way. Very disappointing."

"Very affordable women's fashion for a variety of occasions. Dresses, sweaters, boots, shoes, lace, mesh, and leather. Wife found a leather jacket she really liked, but not in her size. Clerk checked other stores until she found one and is having it shipped to our home for free. Although the price tag added up, we were able to get a lot for the money."

"Not sure how many coupons a year are sent out but We went in with a new sign up coupon from our last purchase and the cashier didn’t know how to use it. The manager came and looked at it and didn’t know how to use it either. She was searching for fine print and finally pointed out that it says it expires 7 days after the day we made our first purchase. It almost seemed as if she was happy to turn us down for %15 off a hundred dollar purchase. Yes my daughter did not see that it said 7 days after but what I do not understand is where does Excellent customer service come in? I’ve worked customer service for years and this place doesn’t have it. I’m absolutely convinced that due to the fact that neither manager nor cashier knew how to use the coupon, not many people have come in to use this. So I’m sure that your not handing customers discounts left and right..I’m just wondering why instead of just taking it as the misunderstanding it turned out to be , why they could not just give the discount? We won’t be shopping at this store anymore. You can run your business however you like , but good customer service shows itself right away. FYI nobody came to greet or ask if we needed help finding anything while we were shopping."
