"I ordered the Pho Doc Biet and a hot tea, and I’m a very happy boy :) It was as good as my favorite pho in LA/OC. Great broth — clean and flavorful, not too salty, and not sweet. Good meats and tripe. The tendon was especially note worthy and plentiful! As a tea lover I was grateful for the second tea bag, which made for a delicious strong pot of tea. The staff is super friendly. It’s a nice family business. There is a reason this place a dedicated customer base. Apparently they were operating in Gilroy, closed for some time and then reopened in Salinas. It was the jubilation in the reviews about the reopening that got my attention. Thank you for the delicious meal! I’ll definitely come back here the next time I’m in Salinas."

"This place is run by a guy who used to own the Pho place in Gilroy until he retired and i am so happy he came back to serving his food and a lot closer to me!!!! Yey! they serve really delicious beef noodles which i love! But everything in their menu is delicious and comforting."

"Love this guys pho when he had a restaurant at Gilroy (Pho Ann) and seeing that same menu again brought back old memories of mi bo kho. Slurping them noodles had my tastebuds tearing for joy and took me back in 2005. Thank you for bringing this menu close to home. I will try to visit you as much as we can."
