"Staff was super helpful. Did a bra fitting and found some great choices. They ship sizes they don't have in store pretty quickly. Then you can try it on. Fun shirts and tanks. Don't forget to check the clearance section. Say hi to Molly when you go to the Oakridge one. She is amazing!!"

"I'm sad to say but the shopping experience here was not great. I drove what it felt like a long drive to get to this store because it is the only one near me. The store didn't really have a great selection of items but it had the basics. What really was the problem was the ladies at the counter. You can try and be the friendliest and you just won't get a cheerful or positive attitude out of the two I met at the store. With so many stores from this brand closing down you would think they would keep the best employees, instead they leave the ones that look the most frustrated to be there. Luckily, I do most of my shopping online but even just thinking to go back to return items and looking at their faces makes me feel uncomfortable. Not great for the struggling brand."

"While the staff was nice, the store itself is lacking in product and merchandise. The sale prices suck. And also, not very much variety of sizes in jeans. Big girls are tall too..not just regular or petite/short. This isn't about the staff, just the store in general. Pretty disappointed. The brand itself seems to have more of an older lady feel now."

"I am leaving review as I place many on line orders. They indicate when you order that you have 30 days to pick up the order or they will send the order back per their regulations. I am responsible to be sure I keep track of my own orders when they come into the store and I have always received them. It is a convenience that I appreciate and the staff is always helpful. When placing on line orders, you can sign up to receive notifications on your phone. I always tend to purchase other items when I pick up on line purchases in the store. So many stores closing, just glad they are there."

"I ordered a couple of bras during the semi-annual sale in Jan. 2017. I did not receive a notice that the bras were ready for pick up. I called the store and they told me they'd check and call back. They didn't. So I came to the store today. They had returned the bras without contacting me and without issuing a credit. In addition, the staff was incredibly unhelpful and the sales person got rude and irritated when I asked her to call customer service to find out what went wrong. She also told me that since it was an online order she could not issue a refund on the spot. So I went home without my order and without a refund. I will never be coming back here."
