"My daughter and I went to this store on a Saturday. The store sign says it opens at 11 am, we arrived at 11: 15 am and waited about 5 minutes but no one showed up. I understand people run late so we decided we would come back after visiting other stores. When we came back, my daughter saw a dress on a mannequin she liked. The woman that was there said she didn't know know how to take it down and it was very difficult for her to do, she asked us to come back at 4 pm! Really?! What is the point of having someone there that cannot help out the customers? Extremely poor customer service"
