"I went in today and was pleasantly surprised with my experience, I was looking for the on cloud shoes and found this store, I’ve never been before but I was unsure and just wanted to try it. I didn’t get the sales person name but he was amazing and so patient with my indecisiveness, gave me plenty of options and helped with everything. Truly the best retail experience I’ve ever had. The other guy with him was really nice also, definitely a great customer service experience."

"Bought could pair of Hoka shoes before Christmas and confirm the return policy. Due to knee issues, the shoes were not comfortable and we returned very next day and the salesman didn’t like it. He pushed another pair of Brooks to try and again it didn’t work. Clearly, my total being $334.61, the sales person who sold us the pairs, being returned he didn’t like it at all. Please only go here if you’re 100% sure that you’re going to keep the merchandise, if not they will not like you returning and make sure to keep the receipts and keep an eye on bills until you receive your money. They’re not professional."
