FREEBIRD STORES - Downtown Nashville

"Went to the Nashville Store and experienced the greatest shopping experience in my life Bar / Music / and wife shopped and bought some boots (she loves your boots owns like (6 pair) Taylor was my bartender and boot expert and a gem of a person (she will be a great manager of one of your stores) we stayed 3 hours Jenna helped my wife and was truly amazing Lady. We were on a trip to Gainesville Ga so my wife could spend the last few month with her best friend who has pancreatic cancer (2 month to live) Taylor Jenna and my wife all hugged and cried a little and we were on our way. the best stop of all of Nashville. We went to Gainesville and when we got there Becca the one with cancer asked for a last trip to Nashville she wanted a day of music and a new pair of boots. so we turned around and headed back to Nashville with Becca and her daughter Sierra. first stop was Freebird boots and my favorite place in Nashville, Ashlee was behind the bar, band was playing and Taylor and Jenna took care of the girls Taylor and Jenna remembered the cancer story and treated Becca and her daughter like gold it was the highlight of of the trip. When we left we all agreed that was a day that will never be repeated, a day when stranger became friends hugged cried and bonded your girls are not just great employees but truly beautiful people. I have hired 100s of employees and to have Taylor/Jenna/Ashley in the same place i take my hat off. Just Want to Thank you for the day that will never be forgotten."

"Although we didn’t buy boots, our group sat at the bar for a few rounds and listened to Caleb Kelley. Ashley was our bartender and she was incredible. She gave us great recommendations and shared her doggo photos with us. Highly recommend stopping in for a low key bar setting and their espresso martini if you need a pick-me-up."

"This place is awesome! The boots are really nice and cool to window shop if you don’t have the $$ for the boots. The smell from the leather is amazing, we really enjoyed the store and noticed a fella playing acoustic guitar in the very back. We ended up staying an hour listening to him to play. We enjoyed it so much, he took our requests as well. We then decided to get a drink at the bar inside the boot shop, we had a beer and big shot of Buffalo trace for a good deal of $15. Although we didn’t buy any boots this place is awesome, friendly staff and great tunes to shop and drink with."

"Absolutely amazing. Not only their shoes are awesome this bar was very cool. Place was packed with shoppers, employees were not overwhelmed, they actually were very positive, nice, friendly, makes you want to buy some shoes even if you weren’t planning on. I actually visited Nashville mostly to visit freebird store/bar, did not disappoint me. Great job Freebird!"

"Love this store. Luckily my friend purchased three pairs of shoes because I did not want to leave the bar. We ended up visiting this bar everyday we were in Nashville. The music was nice but the drinks are the best. The staff was so welcoming. Highly recommended visiting."
