"Upon arriving for my online order this morning at around 6am, the Barista at the drive thru said that they were working on my order because the oven was not working. When I came up to the window, I was just ignored for about 7 minutes or so. When Ladie finally came up to the window, all she could say was here and that their oven would not turn on. She handed me a cold breakfast sandwich, no apology, no have a nice day, and not even asking if I would like something else? Then as I left, I saw her and the other Barista just laughing at me because, I had said thx for not even saying have a nice day. Ladie is always super unpleasant to deal with first thing in the morning…she always has a very horrid disposition and the most horrible customer service. I have been trying to call since I left and even 4 hours later, the phone is still having a busy signal. Whoever is the Manager at this location needs to motivate their AM Staff members to be way nicer this early in the morning or maybe they should consider restaffing this shift with those who will be or at least reschedule Ladie, since she probably rubs off on the other staff….the only real problems that come up, are when she is working! Ladie really needs to brush up on her customer service and being more empathetic in situations like these. If you want to be treated like garbage, ask for Ladie, she will do that for you 100%!!!!!! Thx for ruining my morning and others in the past with your ugly personality, Ladie. Already spoke to customer service this morning, so no need for that response here…like with all the other bad reviews. Just looks like an ongoing theme at this location."

"I’d love to give them a good review but I really can’t. I love the pink drink and I’ll always get that but I know how it’s supposed to taste and the way they make it everytime isn’t how it’s supposed to taste it taste so like watered down and more like milk than sweet… I feel as though maybe someone trained them wrong on how to make it because it’s everytime I go there it taste the same.. I always get the pink drink so I know how it’s supposed to taste and that just ain’t it. I hope you can retrain your people to make it better because you will start to lose business over this."

"I just ordered 1 single drink and all of the employees were just talking to friends inside and wasting time ,,after several minutes of ignoring my order when I asked they finally make my coffee My only question for owners is this a business or chatting place. I will never come back to this location Poor service"
