"We stayed in Santa Barbara for our anniversary this weekend. Our first meal was Toma's, and it did not disappoint. They had a great variety of food and a ton of wines to choose from. I would get reservations. This is definitely a must Italian dinner place."

"A nice place for a good dinner. Of the four of us who went to dinner, my main course was the only one I would not order again. The rack of lamb was sloppily plated, with a side of 2 roasted red baby peppers and a few mushrooms. That was it. Very strange. Everyone else's meals were delicious, especially the chicken! Good appetizer of stuffed squash blossoms, which were delicious also. Service was decent but awkward at times. Overall, I'd revisit, but I would also look for another option, of which there are plenty."

"First time eating at this magnificent italian restaurant. We were seated outside and had perfect evening weather. We were started with bread and olives! Olives may be a little salty but if paired with wine they are divine. We had the Arugula Salad and Calamari and the salad was very refreshing and light. Calamari was crispy and cooked to perfection. We ordered the Rigatoni and the the Roasted Chicken. The Roasted Chicken was so good; mouth watering and worth making the trip. The Rigatoni is full of flavor and hearty and holds the thick sauce great! We ended the night with the Phyllo Crisp; the berry sauce was sweet and tangy and I loved the strawberries inside the mousse. The service was great, my friends was rescued from getting locked inside the bathroom (user error- she didn't know how to open the door). Staff was polite and attentive. If you sit outside you get the fresh ocean air but you will hear any emergency vehicles passing by. The pricing is more than fair for the quality of service and food. I highly recommend and will return again whenever I'm in Santa Barbara!"

"Really really good! Had a very upscale experience. Food was good too, as was the location. The only reason this doesn’t get a 5 star is because the food had some very small shortcomings (at least the dishes I got), but I’m sure that the other items would have brought this up to a higher score (4.5 or more). Would recommend and will likely want to go back."

"We went there for our wedding night celebration dinner and we were not disappointed! The service was amazing and the atmosphere made us feel like we were in Europe! The Roasted Chicken which was jucy but still had a Crispy Skin to it was amazing combined with the Mushroom Ristto! Also Pasta was to die for! EVERYONE enjoyed their meals which is rare for our group of friends who have very different taste palates. Definitely will recommend!"
