"I had went in for a tire change and other things to get done I had accidentally paid with the wrong card and wanted it to be charged on a credit card I opened up with them so they supposedly did a refund back on my card they said it would be back on my card in 3-5 business days it’s been 2 weeks I still haven’t gotten anything I had to go back and ask what was going on and they said the same thing wait 2-3 days and still no refund back on my card ."

"got my rotors put on in March 2023 and went in December 2023 to get them replaced since my car shakes while braking. The manager said my rotors are not covered under warranty after telling they would be in March. Very bad customer service and I paid over $200 for my front rotors and now have to go somewhere else to get my car fixed."

"I needed a valve stem replaced on my trailer tire. As soon as we pulled in, a really nice gal came out and greeted us to find out what we needed. I thought that was really awesome. Unfortunately I was looking to get the tire filled back up with nitrogen, I wanted to stay with what was in there. It's off a brand new RV we bought so I wanted to keep all the tires the same. They don't have nitrogen. But I was really pleased with how nice she was and willing to help us. I will be buying my tires from here in the future."
