I went dress shopping with my Mother, Grandmother, and Best Friend, and everyone had an opinion on what kind of dress they wanted to see me in even if i had already said I didn't want that style of dress. Cynthia was great at hearing everyone's ideas but keeping what I said I wanted front and center. The two step process was very helpful. Step 1 grab any and everything that catches your eye, try it on see if you like it. Step 2 keep in mind some of your favorites from step 1 and pick dresses only in that style (That's the part my family missed lol) Although I did not purchase a dress the service that was provided was top tier and I highly recommend every bride to be take a trip to Rin's Bridal!"

"Don't get fooled by the reviews; they have changed ownership recently, and the reviews are not relevant anymore. My fiancé and I have recently purchased a wedding dress. Within 10 minutes we walked back to the store and asked them to cancel the order. The order was off-the-rack, no alterations, nothing. Staff kindly accepted and told us we will get a refund; so we went on and bought another dress from another store. However, the owner, Irina, emailed us a couple of days later and refused to provide a refund. As much as the staff were nice, she was very rude and unprofessional. It is unfortunate that such an amazing store has gone through such a bad ownership with poor customer service."
