I was greeted immediately by Megan, who patiently explored every avenue to the find the item I was looking for, until it was on its way to my house (less than 48 hours later!). And I absolutely love this brand overall. The clothing is flattering and soft, the material really holds up under pressure, and they are always updating their styles to make them more user friendly and versatile."
"I visited the store about 1 month ago and received excellent service. Employees were engaged and eager to help find the right size and get you into a dressing room. However, when I went back with my daughter 1 week ago, there were 4 employees behind the counter, all busy chatting with each other. We took our time looking for clothes and my daughter tried a few things on in the dressing room. She found a few items she wanted to buy, but then she decided that she wouldn’t buy in a store with 4 sales people who couldn’t bother to say hello, help out, or say good bye at the end, so we left. Not a word was said to us or to the other clients looking around at the same time. We figured that we would just buy the items online, only to realize we would have to pay for shipping. I think we’re done shopping Vuori."
"Clothes look ok and materiel quality appears good, but colors more on the sedate side. If u want more colorful workout clothes, Lululemon is definitely more colorful."
