"It’s a little misleading to have “plus size” mannequins in store when you no longer offer sizes 1X-3x in store. Biggest size available is a Large in most styles, XL in some. Service was fine but I was in and out quickly when I realized they didn’t offer my size."

"Great selection with the most stunning fabrics. Got myself a great set of yoga pants, top and bra. I liked the fact that they had different cuts available for me to try out for my body type. The only reason for removing a star was the fact that some of the staff were a little snooty. But perhaps that is the exclusive experience you’re looking for?"

"Have been going here for about 3 years. Have always found the staff friendly and helpful, and skilled at returns (I always have receipts). High quality clothes with nice fitness professional discount, and excellent return policy. I appreciate when people standing behind their products. Recently, Athleta became a certified B-corps which is a huge positive! Hope used clothing (returns) gets re-used as part of keeping stuff out of landfills. Also, would love to see stores carrying Petites as online."

"Very poor training regarding sales personal. Clothes are great and best to be ordered over the internet. Sales staff in Corta Madera Store are not equipped with the ability to handle returns/exchanges properly. Very unorganized. I had to go to the Walnut Creek Store to return merchandise because sales staff in Corta Madera could not do it. :("
