"The food taste like great Taco Bell food. Clean most of the time. Quick service. The only issue is the amount they serve here. It seems like they've never been audited on the weight or quantities of the servings. The food is always so light or half scooped or something at this location. Apparently Kiosk orders only at the time too. Most of the staff has decent/expected/acceptable customer service when they need to interact. Experience was average. Wouldn't discourage anyone from going. Just giving the heads up. Hopefully the restaurant makes some adjustments."

"The service is fast and the food isn't bad they have yet to mess up my order the few times I've been to this one. But if you don't care for college students when it's busy or that awkward in the morgue silence when it's not then hey this is your spot to go to. Prices aren't what they use to be but hey what is."

"Today I was on the west side of Santa Cruz, and yesterday 41st ave Taco Bell made my food to perfection. I can say the same thing for Taco Bell on Mission st. Excellent. Just the way I ordered it and staff understood what I was trying to do without a tortilla. Restrooms are available outside and are clean. Restaraunt was also clean and plenty of seating available. Employees were friendly and greeted me before entering Taco Bell :)"

"At 1am on a Saturday morning it's the only place, besides the 7-Elevens and the Safeways, open in this town! So, at that time of day (right before they close), everything here sucks! The attitude of both employees and customers... Sucked. The demeanor employees... Sucked. The cleanliness of the lobby and the bathrooms... Sucked. The quickness of service... Sucked. The service it's self, well it... Sucked!"

"Well I had a fun time joking with the young man behind the counter, He was new. We ordered the 11.99 burrito, taco box. We ask that they made the crunchy tacos soft tacos and make them super sour cream and tomatoes when we got home and opened it up we ended up with crunchy regular tacos oh there was a little splash of sour cream in it but still they weren't what we paid for and we paid for extra for the super tacos I tried calling the store but there was no answer and I know that there was somebody there they must have just got busy and couldn't answer the phone so I would just appreciate you know and apology and maybe a taco soft super taco but all in all my experience our experience was good at taco Bell just a little you know mishap with the tacos other than that it was great thank you"
