"They write cute little notes on my cup. I’m not sure if they know who I am, or they do this for several people, but it’s sweet and it definitely helps last week when I was having a hard time."

"I waited 17 minutes for a cup of coffee at the Los Osos location. When I ordered the screen did not show my order or a price I had to ask the employee this is not the first time this has happened. When I get to the window they made the wrong drink!! Again this is not the first time this has happened the last time it happened I waited over 20 minutes for an over priced cup of coffee. The woman was rude when I told her my drink didn't taste right. She rolled her eyes, I don't know her name but she had blonde, shoulder length hair and boy does she ever need a lesson in customer service. I'm done wasting time and money on this place."

"Five bucks for a cup of tea? I won't be doing that again anytime soon. Had to go back to the counter to get some milk for my tea; it was explained to me that because of "Covid", they no longer provide a station for people to add cream to their coffee."

"Like many other reviewers here, the service was poor. Incompetent people working here. After waiting 10 min for my mobile order they informed me of being out of cold brew. While I waited for my food they sent my sandwich with another order. They only put priority on serving in person cafe/drive through orders. Poorest Starbucks experience"
