"The service was good at this KFC. We received our food in a timely manner and I ordered a 2 piece with the smallest wing ever but it tasted good. I also enjoyed the mashed potatoes and coleslaw."

"Been to this KFC many times majority of the times have been no problems The orders were done correctly The staff was friendly there was no wait time However on my last visit the cashier stuck her finger up at me and said wait a minute went back in the back with no gloves started preparing food with extra long pink fingernails and then from immediately going from making what I believe was mashed potatoes cuz it took a wisp and hot water with no rubber gloves no washing hands came out and to the register and took my order not only did she argue about what I was ordering they also got it wrong I got overcharged and did not get my full order by the time I realized this is it was too late and on top of that she couldn't get the printer to print the receipt I looked down at the printer and the printer is not properly shut is why it's not printing so she just gives me an excuse of oh I don't know why it's not doing that and I don't end up with a receipt The drive-thru on this place has enough room for big vehicles The parking lot is good enough sized if you don't have a huge truck which one had to park sideways across three spots because it was too big which I don't blame them for because the parking spaces are very short some customers inside and they were extremely polite and friendly which made the overall terrible experience a bit better The wrong food was I ordered two breasts and received A wing and a piece of chicken granted yes it's all chicken but it's absolutely wrong My dog was very disappointed because she was looking forward to her piece of chicken which I specifically ordered for her The mac and cheese was burnt so I will not be ordering that again $19 for a wrong meal and no receipt and unhappy staff that don't follow basic proper food handling procedures And on top of that the person in the back who was making the hot water picked up the tub of water and when moving it splashed it on to his hand cuz he grabbed the handle and then he quickly realizes had it back down Is what really got me was the extra long pink fingernails and a bad attitude of the cashier"

"The chicken was very dry. They only had the "crispy" one and not the original. Said it'd be 40 minute wait for it. Ladies working there were nice, but their shirts looked very unhygienic, very dirty smeared in stuff. Gross. I also ordered a chicken sandwich meal, the fry box was only filled mid ways, and the chicken was so dry that it almost made me choke. The chicken from a family meal i ordered tasted gross, it was salty and oily. Tried ordering through the drive thru but it was very unaudible. Get your chicken somewhere else."
