"Consistently keep running out of food after 7:30pm including kids chips and fruits. If your kids are chipotle fan in this area, avoid this place after 7:30pm and go to one on McKee road."

"Is Chipotle dying?? They were out of white rice (how?), fajitas, and steak. The server was skimping on beans as if it was coming out of his personal savings. I asked to see the manager, but while waiting, I looked around and the place was dirty; Tables were not cleaned, floor was littered, and the store had no other customers either. I also remembered my own similarly dismal previous experiences, and the plethora of recent 1 star ratings. And I realized, they just don't care. It's not an aberration but rather the new normal for my experiences at this (and many other) Chipotle locations. And with that realization, I left without wasting more time waiting for the manager."

"The worst ever Chipotle that I have encountered. They have missed 3 times online orders, and extremely rude customer service. After missing an order today, they said that someone else must have picked it up and did not offer to replace it. I paid and never got my order. Forget about getting an apology, at least make another order to replace the lost one. This place needs some serious attention and retraining of the staff. Very disappointed."

"I love chipotle so much but unfortunately I have to come to the worse one and get mine. I’m writing this review while I am still in the line and ready to order after 25 minutes, and still 5 more people in front of me. If the owner gives a damn about the store , they need to look into new management."

"I don't know why I keep going to this Chipotle and expecting a better outcome. Went there for dinner at 8 pm. 2 hours before closing. They were low on most of their food. The rice was a little bit stale. They were out of the mixed veggies and as a vegetarian, that's what I get. The girl said they ran out an hour ago and wasn't going to make anymore. So, instead, she offered me what was left of the soy meat, which was only the dried out scraps on the bottom. This is SO common for this particular Chipotle. It's so frustrating. I don't want to pay full price for getting mediocre food there. The service isn't any better and the restraunt is always dirty, and the trash cans are always overflowing."
