"Great place to find a good deal."

"Place was good for a while, then they changed the fill a bag policy, Which is ok, I get they may not have been making enough. But when doing the last few normal fill a bag days my mom went in and it was $25 a bag still, as was stated on their own facebook. Cashier was nice, no complaints. But the next day, or day after, I went in with my mom, we filled 2 bags, a bit overfilled but not by much. My bag was almost entirely easter rabbit ears, so my bag was mostly level except for some ears poking up. The owners started yelling at us that we had to level the bag or pay extra. They were talking over each other loudly, so my mom didn't understand what they were saying. They just kept yelling till she figured it out, walked like 5 steps over to the nearest block where you pick your items, and dumped her bag. I stuffed the ears that poked up from mine, amd grabbed several things my mom abandoned, and got my bag level. The guy that had been throwing a fit by the register had left, the older lady was still there, now much quieter. She told us it was $30 a bag even though their own facebook announcement said that didn't start till the following week. Some employees are very nice, but owners are awful and rude. never going back"

"Paid $80 for a box with what should have been (2)4.0ah Ryobi batteries & a charger. The box was taped up just like all the rest of the Ryobi boxes, but inside were (2) 1.5ah batteries that won't charge and a charger!! I feel the owners/mgmt of Lucky Duck is purposely doing this because I find it hard to believe that they don't check the contents of the boxes before taping them shut and placing price stickers on them, especially since the prices on a similar item in a different box may be higher/lower based on condition and/or missing pieces. Obviously these are inspected before pricing them!!/ Otherwise how would they know if there are pieces missing or what condition the tools are in if they weren't checking them?!?! So, they do know about the batteries in that box that didn't work and were the wrong batteries!! Shame on them!!"
