El Pollo Loco

"Both my parents went to Pollo Loco today & were met with rude customer service. The front cashier worker to be more specific. His name was Wilber *they didn’t give them his last name for some odd reason saying he didn’t have a last name? & he gave both my parents especially my mother an extremely rude attitude & even raised his voice at her while she asked him questions. We’re not the type of people that would be rude to workers especially restaurant/retail workers so I know for a fact my parents weren’t met with normal decent respect. I was glad my father was with her at the time defending her since I’m always the one to be by here side whenever she goes out. This Pollo Loco used to be a great place to be at but has gotten worse throughout the years especially with the workers *some* not all obviously. Just warning others & I do hope they check every rude employee they have."

"Ordered chicken nachos, got a handful of chips, no cheese. A sprinkle of beans and a bit of guacamole and sour cream. Slapped in the corner. I’m not expecting gourmet, but some cheese and I don’t know chicken, looking like the picture seems reasonable ."

"This place just to be a lot better! Few changes of personal has made a big difference! Some new employees are rude and stingy! Rosario,the lady taking orders in the window is one of those. They're not polite with customers! Managers and other long time employees do great job! I hope they do something to make it like it just to be!"

"I go Loco for El Pollo Loco when I'm feeling that chicken craving. Other places just don't do it as good as El Pollo Loco when it comes to chicken. The grilled chicken is just perfection. Other items are also good but the chicken in their burritos, tacos, and taco salads isn't as good as the standalone grilled chicken. Often it is too burnt or straight up charred like charcoal briquettes. Even so, you can't go wrong if you're looking for good fast casual. Recommend: their grilled chicken duh"
