"Chick-fil-A like in n out are pretty standard. Decent food, good employees and and fast service. No indoor seating at this one but there's at least a restroom . Tight parking lot as well. it's easily accessible from off the freeway if you are getting off for a meal/break Starbucks and a gas station with a pet wash station which is neat. Def would stop here again (provided it's not peak commute time). When getting back on blossom Hill and heading back to 101 make sure you get in the right lane"

"I had a terrible experience today12/12/2023, at 8:01 pm. I ordered the chicken tortilla soup for the first time. I usually order the chicken noodle, that is really good. It turns out that the chicken tortilla was pure instead of a soup consistency and was Extremely SPICY. I tasted it when I was already home, so I decided to call the restaurant and explain what happened. I asked if I could get the chicken noodle soup instead because it was too spicy or just a refund. The manager who took the call told me this is how chicken tortilla soup is, and it didn’t give me the option of getting a refund or changing the product. I am very disappointed, mainly because I am a frequent customer of this restaurant. Plus, I am a Chick-fil-A-One Signature member. It was a huge waste of money because the bowl of chicken tortilla soup cost $9.29 plus tax, and I put it in the trash. I recommend ordering any other product, but if you are not a fan of spicy food, stay away from the chicken tortilla soup. It would also be good to have a warning or a logo that specifies this item is spicy on the menu."

"As you know excellent food staff is always friendly and Courteous unfortunately, as mostly. You probably know that have come here. It's always best to pre-order. Ahead of time that way, when you get to the restaurant, it's ready to be picked up. By the night you're gonna be waiting and you're not gonna find any parking plan accordingly"

"Went here for a school fundraiser and it was great!! Lots of options (chicken-based obviously mostly). Love the chicken tender bites and waffle fries! The original chicken sandwich is also good and very nostalgic for me of my childhood. Good amount of ♿️-accessible parking at the lot adjacent to the restaurant. Access inside the restaurant for ♿️-accessible seating as well."

"I used the drive through. I used the app to order ahead. The lines are very efficient and even though they are long, I got through very quickly. The location is bright and immaculately clean. All the food was perfect, including the fries that I ordered with no salt. Associates were very polite and brought my food to me before I got to the window."
