"We came in, as vegetarians, knowing we'd probably be disappointed because nobody ever does phon vegetarian. Not only was she supportive of us being there, they gave us an off menu tofu and broccoli dish, so ask for that. Everything we got was a flavor and texture experience. Couldn't be happier. "Place is nice and clean and the lady who served us was super friendly and attentive. Shrimp summer rolls were excellent as well as the peanut sauce. We got chicken pho as well as shrimp pho. Both had very flavorful broth and fresh ingredients. I opted for the shrimp garlic noodles and they hit the spot! Nice variety of drink options as well. Great experience, so far my favorite pho spot in San Jose."
