"Do not always have shakes available and you don't find out till you are already in line and have been waiting for a while. Disappointing when that is what you came for and it's one of the things they sell frequently. Need to post sign before entering drive through. Get attitude when asking why they don't have them available. Happens at multiple locations at different times."
