"Did not enjoy this. Taco Bell. I have no idea what is going on but they were obsessed with the idea of me using kiosks.... They say that they will not not cannot but will not take orders at the registers at all.... I'm into doing the whole face to face thing plus I deal with people better. So using a machine to take my order not okay. So I opted out of that and did a drive-thru."

"I hate this one Taco Bell location so much located at 5431 Camden Ave., San Jose, CA I don’t know how or why the workers don’t make the food correctly 9 out at 10 every time I go here my order is completely wrong and you pay for extra stuff that you don’t get I’m not sure what this places problem is but there’s some sort of problem here I will never in my lifetime. Will return to this Taco Bell location if management sees this, please do your job and hire your employees that actually know how to put together three items and make a taco"

"Drive thru after working all day, gentleman standing outside by menu taking order spoke so quickly that I had no idea what I even ordered. Got home and all 3 root beers were like dirty water. The soda machine needed a new bag of syrup. Tried to call, got an answering machine.... didn't receive a receipt either!! Horrible experience!! The person that handed us our order was nice and apologized for the experience we had ordering. We will not be going back to this location.... EVER!!!"
