"Lately rushed service by the teenagers employed here. Never ask if the sandwich is a deluxe or regular and fail to ask what kind of cheese because more interested in speed of order instead of accuracy. Pretty disappointing when I get home to find out my sandwich is literally a piece of chicken in between 2 breads. Fries are overly salted. Very disappointing $10.79 for a piece of chicken and large fries. PRO Tip, pay in cash without the app and get a free sandwich survey about 1 out of 2 times."

"This Chick-fil-A on Blossom Hill Rd in San Jose is okay but the booth we sat at had crumbs on the table and seats. There was also water on the floor near the restrooms..like what the heck, is that even sanitary? Young lady (Pamela)who took our order forgot our mac n cheese and then it took a long time to recorder it. Order taker was not on her game tonight. She also didn't tell us how we would know when our meal was ready, consequently we checked every several minutes or so until it was ready."

"Very popular. First time trying this chain. First of all, I wish they would keep the tables cleaner. They were quite busy. The chicken nuggets were very much on the salty side, maybe that's the style, but couldn't taste the flavors and certainly didn't need to dip any of their many sauces, over spicied. The chicken sandwich was better. The cobb salad also was very average. Waffle fries ok. Service was good."

"Xmas decorations in/out side make it feel cozy. Staff cleans the tables and are friendly. Having just gotten off a 12hr flight this was heavenly tasting, the chicken tortilla soup was fantastic. As always, the fresh lemonade was on point as well. Chick Fil A is probably the best chain restaurant in the US for tasty chicken items. Wish they would branch out to Europe."
