"First time experiencing Dave’s hot chicken and I really liked it and it’s Delicious I’ve got 1 medium and 1 super hot with fries. I didn’t like the buns, they are flat and pressed but the Vibe here is really cool everyone would love it. The primary concern is service, why would one tip if it’s all self service ? I know what I want to order so I did and trying to pay and I choose no tip but the person behind counter acted rude and didn’t care the question I’ve asked, they all expect tips but for what service ? I wish and hope they get paid well by company."

"The food here is always great! I've been coming here for quite sometime! The service is absolutely fantastic and food is consistently excellent! The inside of the place is super nice and always well kept! I would recommend giving this place a try if you're into fried chicken sandwiches!"

"I wanted to try something different so I came here for a bite to eat with my kids. I'm sad to say I was not impressed. I ordered 2 number 1's (no spice), 1 number 2 (light spice), a side of Mac n cheese and a side slider (mild) to-go. Total was $57 and the meals did not come with a drink. I just was like um ok, no drinks then. But of course the cashier spined the tablet around for a tip. They didn't ask if it was our first time, didn't make any recommendations, didn't even inform me the meals didn't come with a drink. But I normally do tip so I selected the lowest amount which was 15%. I wish I would have selected other and left only a couple dollars. We got our order and went home to discover they only gave us 1 number 1. I checked my receipt and yup I was charged for 2. After a long day I was not in the mood to drive back. Instead I called the store, but the automated message said they tend to get busy so it would be better to message online. So I did. Now for the food... The fries were cold, and nothing was coded with hot sauce/ spice. The tenders I got for my daughter were burned in some areas. Needless to say, not a very good experience. I don't think I will be back."
