"Couldn't understand word 1 thru that damn speaker. Probably would help if the individual spoke a little better English. Other than that this is a great taco hell. All employees are great and friendly. Bathrooms are clean for a taco bell."

"Had a lunch here. Asked for a glass of water to have with my food since I don't drink sodas. Manager refused to give me a cup. Her logic was that customers use the water cups to drink sodas. I told her I just need a glass of water and she got really rude and ask me to pay for the glass. This is awful place to do business with. I subsequently called taco bell corporate office to voice my grievance which they have not returned my call. Please don't give your business to this particular taco bell . Most personal there unable to communicate in English. Manager who spoke English was extremely rude and doesn't deserve to work there."

"I was more than 5 minutes waiting on the counter and nobody said hi or welcome and not even gave information to order. The employees just looked at them and also looked at me. When I realized that I must order by myself because I read the signs. I ordered too many items, but when I looked for the salsas I asked the lady from the counter, so she only gave me 4 salsas. OMG I ordered more than 6 items. Worst fast food restaurant in all my life. Sorry! But is true"

"This Taco Bell location has had a few employees that have delivered great customer service in my experiences here. Unfortunately, more often than not, I have seen and received very poor customer service from the staff here, including flat out offensive treatment from the manager herself, I believe Maria D. Is here name. I feel that in most instances, the professionalism or lack there of is something that starts with the GM and trickles down through the staff. This is one Taco Bell that I try to avoid for the most part, save the occasional revisit to see if things have improved. So far, over a 2 or 3 year stretch, the less than mediocre service has been consistent in my personal experience."

"My experience at this Taco Bell was surprisingly great. First of all, the food tasted better than I had expected as this was a fast food joint. The speed of service was on point and the staff were quite friendly. I was satisfied in the end with a couple of crunchy tacos which were low in calories, and kept me satisfied for quite some time. A great location overall for lunch or just a snack."
