"This was my first time at this location. They were very busy during lunch but moved through the line very quickly. They piled the fixins high on my sandwich and didn't skimp at all. I was very pleased. A 6-inch sandwich for lunch for under 10 bucks. I had turkey with mozzarella, avocado, and all the other veggies. Staff was friendly and had a great suggestion of trying the Sriracha sauce... it was delicious."

"It’s a Subway. So anchor yourself accordingly. That said, it’s the only Subway I’ve ordered via the mobile app where my sandwiches were made correctly. The only one. Happy to have this one on my regular route. Will order from here when I can. Location always looks clean. Ingredients fresh. Workers have been pleasant enough/not rude."

"The absolute worst subway in cali. The gentleman working must've had short yerm memory loss because after every statement, he'd ask the question again as if I didn't just answer it before he had to ask a question. An actual conversation that went like this Us-" Can you make three orders combos" employee- " How many combos" US-" 3 combos" Employee-" how many chips" Us- " 3 chips.."..... You get the picture. Among other issues in the interaction, such as him completely ignoring my request for a sandwich, they were advertising, giving me a totally different sandwich as well as different bread than what I requested. The attitude from the lady and gentlemen mentioned in other reviews is quite accurate as they seem genuinely annoyed that you're ordering food. I hope these people get better training or something."

"The most disappointing Subway restaurant I ever been to in North America; period. All the ingredients were old and frankly disgusting to even look at. All vegetables looked bad and molded and frozen. Lightening inside the site was so bad that I thought they couldn’t afford buying light bulbs."

"at least this time (2/17/20) staff was much more professional and understanding. the chicken vandaloo sandwich could come as expected with whatever the customer wants to add. its sctually pretty good. Unfortunately, confused on customer relations… Today, they advertised taste of India sandwich (See a posted picture). Yet when ordering you are told that this comes with predefined veggies and no option to customize yourself. Fine, at least they told you before, because absolutely nothing on the menu/ad indicates so. That means that they immediately lost me interest and I canceled trying. I gave the feedback that at subway expectation is that you actually can do such customization. It is for me part of the attraction. And so it is not OK to cancel that option for this sandwich; what has it special. It cost already way more than regular ones! Instead of taking the feedback (let alone act on the feedback and so let me select what I want), the attendant argues with me justifying that it would be a one week trial as an excuse and that he told me before; instead of actually taking my feedback and thanking me for it – after all the trial is for feedback and they should know that not letting veggie selection is the killer to this sandwich… Arguing and arguing is not ok… I don’t care why they impose it. I am giving feedback that I don’t like it and I am not gonna buy this sandwich. They should thank me instead. It went rapidly to the point where I said that I had given feedback and that was it. Then finally ask for the manager. That guy who is clearly not the manager claimed to be it. So here are the big lessons 1) thanks and cherish customer feedback 2) try to act on it instead of doing something contrary to your customer expectations and in fact not even stated in your own ad/menu 3) Accommodate when you receive feedback instead of thinking that stating it is so is an acceptable answer 4) never ever argue with your customers, especially when it is about receiving feedback and / or you are told not to take the feedback not to try to explain the non explainable!"
