"So what's up with the outrageous prices!?! Almost $8.00 for a milkshake for reals?!? $30 doesn't even feed 2 people! The quality of food is NOT worth the money at all!!!Also, not to mention getting our drink and fry order wrong two times in a row... I'm sorry Jack in the box but you need to step up your game and NOT your prices!!!"

"Why does the owner of this location always hire retardedd and stupidd workers at the drive-thru who don't understand English and always get the orders wrong? I have been to this location numerous times and it's always the same issue with the wrong orders and me repeating myself at the drive thru 20 times for a simple order. I ordered a Large Coke Zero with no ice and the lady at the drive thru couldn't understand that order, after repeating my self several times and pulled up to the window, this idiot worker gives me a medium Coke with full ice. Fix the issue and stop hiring dumb workers who don't speak English."

"We got our sandwiches through drive through. Got 4 Jacks Spicy chicken sandwiches - 2 with cheese and 2 without. We were really disappointed with the chicken in the sandwiches. It was over fried which made it taste a little burnt and turned out hard to bite into. It was very dry and absolutely no juiciness in it."

"Owner, please either change the shift or train the drive tru person (it was a man) that was servicing on 11/30/2023 at around 6:50am to 7:10 am. It took almost 5 grueling torturous minutes to place an order on the speaker for nuggets and iced mocha only to be asked again what my order was on the window (and another probably 5 minutes to actually get my iced mocha that I had to mix myself and my nuggets). The person was hardly responsive or attentive when I was placing the order and I was speaking as clearly as I can be with no indication from them if they cannot understand or hear what I was saying. The order was only partially placed on the screen when i was told to go to the next window. I had to tell the person a total of 4 times what my order was and 5 times what my freaking sauce was. What happened to the usual people? I never had a problem like this before. Sure sometimes the people are actually a tiny bit snappy but at least they deliver promptly. Your location had always been reliable and I can put your services on schedule. Needless to say, todays service was just plain frustrating. Oh yeah, i forgot to ask for the receipt and was not given one so I am not sure if I got charged correctly. I will have to check my bank later."

"The burger was good but every time we come to this Jack in the Box we get old fries. The regular fries were fresh but the curly fries were really old and hard in a chewy way, not good. Initially I was going to make a complaint that there were not enough curly fries but since I didn’t eat them anyway I’ll refrain. Only gave it a 2 star because the burger, the Chick-&-Tater Melt, was pretty good."
