"I absolutely love the Customer Service that Francisco provides. He is a true representation of what a person who loves people look like and the service that he provides to people show his commitment to his employer by being a great model and example. Among other things, He greets me EVERY time with a great big smile and he remembers my order. I absolutely love it!!! ❤️ Because I LOVE Popeyes and the food they serve, I am a frequent customer. I am sure I pay someone salary because of the frequency that I visit. I love it that much. But back to the service. I have been coming here for almost 2 years. This is my store. There is a few other people who provides great Customer Service, but Francisco provides Excellent Customer Service. Come and see for yourself. You will be greeted with a big genuine smile, great service, and great food. Thank you Francisco. You really make a difference."

"I wish I was making this up. I ordered online for the $12.00 2 can dine with spicy chicken tenders and 2 sides. I have had problems with consistency with this location but this takes the cake. My delivery arrives and all that was in the bags was 4 boxes of fries. No chicken to be seen. I have tried calling their store but no answer or response. I would have rather the store call me ahead and tell me they cannot fulfill the order versus doing this."

"This location is honestly hit or miss depending whose working but since under new management sadly it seems to be going down. I love the chicken sandwich and Tuesday 2 peice deal but lately they are making constant mistakes and staff is just goofing around chatting joking and not taking orders correctly. Many times repeating yourself and many mistakes even after confirming your order. They often don't give receipt unless you ask so please check your order is correct before leaving. The interactions between employees seems tense and everyone seems lost. I've noticed alot of new people so maybe just training hurdles their facing and hopefully they will get things smoothed out. Theres always a wait so don't expect to get your food fast, be patient and kind."
