"Went here after recommendations from a friend. This is one of 4+ restaurants. Not really blown away from the food here but given the price point they offer these food, I would tilt towards a 5 star. The Misil Pav was good. I liked the Pav Bhaji too. However for me the biggest win was finding a kokam sharbat. It was after many years I was trying it and thoroughly loved it. Ambience is okay, service and staff are friendly."
"Tried maharashtra cuisine for first time and loved it Liked Misal Pav and Poori the most . Solkadhi is authentic and tasted good. Channa curry was ok. bharli Vangi could be better Shrikandh is good and its little heavy for a single person to finish"
"The place was jam packed but we managed to get a table. It was busy with to go orders too. The food helps us to go back to the Maharashtrian roots.. Modak, puranpoli, misal and kothimbirwadi was really good. Vada pav needed some more up liftment. Junka needs to come with a jowari or Banda bhakri not a chapati or rice bhakri that was a disappointment. The service was good and wait time was also less. Overall a good food place to visit."
"If you crave Maharashtrian street food, definitely visit Puranpoli. We enjoyed the Misal Pav and Puri the most; the Misal Pav tasted the best we've had, and the Puri was impeccably done with no visible oil. Bharli Vangi was good. Vada Pav and Kabuli Chana Masala were okay. The Bhakri, made of rice, was stretchy and can be skipped. Solkadhi tasted authentic, although it could be a bit richer; it was watery. Shrikhand was tasty. It was very rich, was difficult for 4 of us to complete. We'll come back for the Misal Pav and Solkadhi and to try the thali which is available only between Wednesday to Friday. Pay in cash to get a 10% discount."
