"i was asked for my name for the order. there were other people waiting for their order in the pickup spot. half of the people were called by number and the other half was called by name for NO reason. extremely confusing. the cashier did not point out my order number on the receipt, and the order number that the lady was calling was NOT the same as my number. i had order 7821. and she. only called for 21. how am i supposed to know 21 means order 7821?? why did you take my name for the order if they DIDNT EVEN CALL ME OUT BY NAME? we took the receipt to her and she said “you’ve been told” because she called out “21”. 21 does not mean 7821. 21 is also not my name. very confusing and the lady was a jerk."

"Around 9-10 in the morning, there was no line to place the order. It’s good and easy to place the order and get the food quickly. The cashier was friendly."

"The airport was not busy, and most of the places to get some food were either closing or already closed. This was one of the few places open on a Thursday evening at 7:30 PM. I checked to see if they were open via an app on a sign. Not only was this place very busy, but the service was flawless, even though they were out of lemonade. Granted, the menu is limited, but I was still able to get my spicy chicken sandwich. The sandwich and fries were very fresh and hot. The employees were all busines but yet offered a smile and some nice words. It was worth the walk to gate 25 from gate 5."

"It's always nice to have a Chick-fil-A available for some eats. I opted for a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit meal. Sandwich itself was good. The sweet iced tea was way too sweet. Probably only drank a quarter of it before I tossed it. Hash browns were unfortunately a bit stale. Meal was $8.25. Not too bad for a quick airport meal. Take note...not open on Sundays."
