"We shared a large bowl of #16 rare steak, flank, tendon ($17.25). It was enough portion for both of us with a decent amount of meat. The broth was clean and flavorful. The taste was comparable to places in San Diego. Location was convenient right off the highway. But the price just seems to be too high with one star deducted."

Every customer comes in smiling as they know this place is going to make them happy. Delicious broth, two options for noodles and very tender chicken. (Added chili/oyster sauce to my broth) soooo delishhh!!! Additionally ordered the fried egg rolls."

"We spent the weekend in San Jose and went to have breakfast at Pho Belair and we were glad did. The place was clean, customer service was great, and food was good. My favorite was the shrimp rolls. They were super delicious, I'm glad they didn't overload with vermicilli noodles and the sauce was perfect. Pho is fresh and clean light broth. Broth was not too heavy which I prefer. I also liked that they had their silverware in a little bag for cleanliness. Thank you!"
