"11/29/23 at 5:30pmCame to this Jack-in-the-Box cause it was on the way home went through the drive-through. The cashier told me to wait so I proceeded to wait and cashier came back 20 minutes later and asked what I would like and proceeded with my order and she said can you hold on You just had me wait 20 minutes and you want me to hold on again so left the drive-through drove by the drive-through window didn’t see anybody there when driving by the front counter. No one was there either there was nobody in the restaurant standing to order food, nor was there any cars ahead of me to order food, so was questioned , why does she need a hold on? Would not recommend coming to this Jack-in-the-Box if that’s how they’re gonna treat their customers was very upset."
"Good food and sorta priced decent. I mean in the day and age where the 6 dollar burger sell for 12.99 elsewhere. But very slow helping dining room customers. Also neighborhood is scary. Watch your stuff closely esp your bike"
