"Pho Dac Biet and Fried Chicken with Rice were both worth the drive on a rainy Friday evening. This Pho was definitely for meat lovers; came with lean brisket, flank, meatballs and beef ribs. Good broth. The crispy fried chicken was also good; came with yellow rice and drizzled with sweet sauce. Very friendly owner, Ken, added to the relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely return to the other dishes."

"Absolutely the best pho in all of my 30 years in the US. From out of town and was absolutely craving for a solid bowl of pho. Blown away!! It's more authentic then authentic itself. The rib on the side is phenomenal and adds so much more to the amazing pho. It's a MUST visit! Worth every single penny and would say it's such a deal. Pho is definitely on the higher price now but this is so worth it!! Went around 12:40pm and it was packed but worth the wait. Update: It was so good? We came back our last night to have some pho and the family own restaurant was so friendly and provided us extra soup. I had the pho again but without the ribs since I couldn't finish it all but the broth is so delicious! We also tried the Bun Moc which was also delicious!"

"We've been here twice already. We came here directly after a long hike at Henry Cowell Redwoods SP. I had the #1 (pho with ribs on the side) and #11 (chicken rice dish). Both times, the food was consistently good. The ribs really make the pho extra special. The ribs tasted buttery with a slight sweetness and cracked black pepper to them. The crispy skin on the chicken rice dish also had a similar marinade, which added a layer of taste. The previous restaurant before Pho & Bun (called Noodle Hut) also offered a similar protein on the side (ox tail) that also came with their signature soup. Def will need to try their other dishes."

"Easy to miss and open for a year now, Pho and Bun brings back memories of what pho used to taste like 10 years ago, for me at least. Their special is the pho with beef ribs. With that, you get a nice hot bowl of pho and two beef ribs with a large portion of meat attached. They bring everything on a cart. They give you a fork and knife to remove the meat yourself. Some might call the meat on the ribs gristle, but it's quite good and had a very nice flavor since it was cooked in the pho broth. Their broth is quite fragrant and tasty. The heavier cinnamon makes you think the broth is sweeter than it actually is. No MSG after effects, for me, at least. Have the thin steak served on the side, and you can have yourself a little hot pot. Bring cash if you can You get 10 percent off if you pay in cash. I'm guessing Pho and Bun is run by mom and son. Decor and Service are warm and friendly. There is no pink soap in a gallon jug and green chopsticks in this place. I definitely recommend Pho and Bun. We will return when we get the chance"

"This place surprised me with the quality of its pho. I tried the number one on the menu, and the broth was authentic and rich in nutrients from the beef ingredients. It was also free of MSG, which was a big plus for me. The restaurant is small and cozy, perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. The waiter was friendly and attentive. Overall, a great place for a bowl of pho. I have not yet tried other type of noodles/dishes on the menu."
