"Came here for the first time today and felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. It seems like a sit and serve restaurant but it's a mix of it. You order at the register first then take your number to a table at your choice and they bring everything to you. As you eat they come by and ask if you need anything and take the empty plates back. It was very nice and I felt like they cared about their customers. As for the burgers wow. You get so much for what you pay for. You won't be sorry. Handcrafted burgers topped with a pick and treat. Very creative with the presentation. The burgers are juicy and burst with flavor. Forgot to mention that they ask how you'd like your patty well to rare. I had the Haystack burger and my husband had the Diablo burger. Both tasted so delicious. The haystack burger has bbq sauce and french fried onions my favorite! The Diablo burger has a spicy kick and the guacamole was so good. The garlic fries and sweet potato fries were amazing and huge portion. They have beer on tap! Tvs all around and plenty of seats and tables. They have homemade ranch and a good selection of sauces. Although it was pricy, I think it was worth it for what you get. All around great place to give a try in fremont."

"I wish I could add more stars because this place is a 10 out of 5. This is one of the few restaurants in the Bay Area that provide that southern hospitality feel when you're dining in. Multiple staff come by to check on you, not just one designated server. Everyone is very friendly and make you feel like family! Don't get me started on the food. The tri tip sandwich is amazing! I ordered garlic fries to go with it, and they were perfect! I will definitely be back!"

"Super fast service with super fresh food is something you can’t beat! Came here on a Sunday and it was packed! Order first and seat yourselves but get here early if you’re planning to watch a game. The food is especially fresh with a super simple menu but they specialize in the best bar favorites. Will come again next time with a crowd!"

"We went there for the first time and totally amazed by the welcoming staff on thanksgiving weekend. We ordered garlic fries and onion rings along with the drinks . I am definitely coming back to taste the burgers and meet the friendly staff whose service was prompt .Atmosphere is amazing bar, out door covered eating with Heaters, outside patio umbrella eating along with indoor large booth. I am just little disappointed with the timings as they close early but this place gives me positive vibes."

"Once again we pulled into Billy Roy's Burger to get an excellent burger. You diffentley get the value. Where else can you buy a burger that comes to your table looking like the photos. The buns are fresh burgers moist. They clearly don't skip on the lettuce tomatoes or bacon either. See our photos. Manger and owner are always making rounds checking on the quest. This place is our to go to to bring family and friends now"
