"One of the "Better" Harbor Freight stores where customer service actually exists (The Concord store is just full of blank stares and shrugged shoulders). Kristina went above and beyond to confirm that a toolbox was actually in stock and had it ready for purchase when we walked in the door. We bought additional tools (which she described warranties for) and the staff helped load it in the back of my truck. In a world where retail service has sunk to the lowest common denominator, this store is a refreshing return to people actually having knowledge about the products they sell and appearing to enjoy their job. Kudos to this store and the staff. My faith in Harbor Freight has been restored."
"This place is great, a lot of their tools are almost, if not same quality as something you can buy from home Depot. I am a contractor, yes, there's tools I do not skimp on, but for the most part, 30-40% of my consumables and the few tools are from HF and they compare to home Depot stuff, but cheaper. Plus - the employees are AWESOME they know where things are in that store."
