"The food is good, but the service is terrible. My 3 year old spilled his drink while we were buying food. The man at the register started yelling at him, which made my boy even more upset. The man just yelled even more. What kind of antisocial person yells at someone else's toddler for spilling something? Do these people deserve your money?"
"I went here with high expectations of finding delicious food. As I walked in with my husband, the workers/owners didn’t even acknowledge us. Then we approached the register to buy but, they showed no interest in serving us as I was ignored a few times till they finally told me no options were available (when there were clearly options available). After this, someone else walked in and they invited to help them without hesitation. To be honest we felt completely discriminated against and all I can conclude to is that the workers/owners are racist. In the end we didn’t even buy anything because they didn’t want to serve us."
"Don't be intimidated! Head on in and ask for the 3 item combo! Spicy or regular noodles or rice along with some of the best variety of vegetarian food I've ever had the pleasure of eating. Pick what looks best to you but it's all good; my favorite is probably the tofu "skin" and you can't beat those Singapore style noodles they offer. Take a browse through the fridge and maybe pick up a bag of fried tofu to take home; dump them in a ramen or soup and they're ready in minutes and super tasty!"
"Ask for an itemized receipt. They are 100% capable of printing one, but won't give it to you unless you ask. This is so the shop owners can sneak food items into your receipt. For example, when eaten, Chinese donuts split into two sticks, but they are sold as a SINGLE item. When you catch the manager double charging you for a Chinese donut, this is the lie he'll try to use to get out of it. They also sell expired or day-old food items. Rice rolls here are $5.99 each. They will saran wrap 3 rice rolls from yesterday and sell the lot for $10.00. Touch the plastic-wrapped foods and if they're cold, you know why. See attached screenshot for where they place expired items. Manager has a shaved head and his wife works here as well. Manager also works at Marina Foods, so now you know where he gets his bad business practices. -1 stars for dishonest business practice -1 stars for reselling packaged food as their own -1 stars for trying to sell expired food. 2 stars remaining because the food is good when it's fresh. If only it wasn't so overpriced and the manager weren't dishonest."
"Always wanted to try this place and was heavily recommended from friends. Coming to the place itself, it is very small and no dining inside. Plenty of parking spots. Coming to food choices, oo man, there are plenty of options to fill in various appetites We could even take some dim sums home as well and they looked yummy. You can take bento box as well and they looked good but couldnt try this time We tried a few : Gua bao was awesome Sticky rice roll with egg outside was Winner for me and hmm filling inside ( i think this is called fan tuan) was truly awesome Seaweed sticky rice roll was the runner up for me with so much flavor inside Spicy Tofu - This is heavenly with little bit of spiceness and flavor was awesome. We also took a bun and this was my least favorite among the all We tool taro bun and was ok Grilled scallion was decent"
