"I love there cheesesteaks, I hate how slow their service is. I have a limited lunch. The last two times I went, I literally had to leave even though they weren't busy. Someone needs to teach their employees customer service. Less talk more helping the customers. One perso ln was on their phone. I guess its just the way of the world now."

"Another little place in Walnut Creek that was such a pleasant surprise. Walked in because we were close. Got Philly Joe’s sandwich and curly fries. The steak was tender, cheese delicious, bread was not too thick but still held up well with the filling, good taste as well. One of my favorite fries I have tried anywhere around here. Perfectly crunchy, not too salty and spiced well. Brendon was a joy to talk to and was like that with any customer who walked in while we ate. Attentive, asks questions about your order to get it just right. And funny too!"

"I don’t ever really leave reviews, but the staff and the food and the cleanliness really made my family’s quick lunch a great experience. Simple things like greeting, being/friendly/polite/courteous, having a smile, keeping your business clean, and having great food goes a long way. It seems like more and more restaurants and businesses to do the absolute bare minimum in terms of service and cleanliness nowadays, so it really stands out when a restaurant or any other type of business and their staff puts in a little effort."

"I was sick after a Philly here. After two hours started feeling nausea, then was hugging the toilet for the whole night. I am not a sensitive person to food, had same things maybe twice in my 33 years. If you want to have a diarrhea you must go here also because my husband and I had it also. We didn’t eat anything else in 8 hours so I am sure that’s a Philly cheesesteaks. Nightmare that ruined our weekend."

"$14 for the king sized cheese steak with mushrooms. They aren't THAT big if you have a big appetite, but two smaller eaters can share one. Bread seemed fresh and fluffy. Not sogged out from the filling. Meet and cheese were relatively plentiful. Staff seemed friendly, no complaints."
