"I was getting McDonald's, about to turn into the drive-through when I noticed there was a newly-opened Wingstop in the same plaza. Since I was just going to get chicken nuggets and fries, I thought why not go a step up (price-wise) and get boneless chicken wings and fries at Wingstop?? And the other great part is that Wingstop is open until midnight, while McDonald's only lets you pick up in store until 11pm. If you order ahead, you can just grab and go instead of waiting in the Mickey D's drive-through line where there is always an order issue holding everyone up. So I ended up just pre-ordering on the Wingstop app since there was an app deal, went to get gas, and it was done shortly. Maybe it was a slow night."

"Everything about this particular Wingstop was great. IMO, the wings were made to perfection. Probably one of the best wings I've gotten in any Wingstop. Definitely recommend!!"

"The food was good, just like any other location. When I came in, it took a long time for me to be greeted and then served. I asked to add a side of Parmesan cheese and pay for it to add onto my order. I was told that they couldn’t do that, even though I didn’t mind paying, however much it cost. So I said OK and I asked for some other sauces I could purchase like cheese sauce, barbecue, and a honey mustard to add onto my order. I got all the way home and he gave me a ranch instead of cheese sauce. Overall, I just felt like my experience was not that good. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in for quite some time and the cashier took a long time to help me out. Then I couldn’t order an extra add-on. And the add-ons I did order weren’t correct when I got home."

"We will never order from this location again. We gave them TWO chances. Zero stars service. Probably nice people but TWICE messed up on our pickup orders. First we had to wait for them to redo the order. Second time even have to drive back to location. 2.5 miles each way. Not to mention time waisted and getting not only very hungry but upset also. We all have better things to do than driving back and around for $32 bag of chicken wings. I tried to save their time by calling them ahead so they can get my order ready....But they do not pick up phone... As a suggestion: If you will attach Order printed Receipt, then customer will have a chance to find mistake on the spot. Just to write the name of the customer is not enough. It is not coffee what you are selling!"
