"We've been coming here as a family for years every other week and have always loved the experience!! We've seen a lot of servers come and go, but we absolutely love our current server Hannah! She's almost always there when we come by for lunch and always greets us, even if she is not our server! She's always accommodating by knowing our perferences like our drinks, our love for ranch, etc. She's the absolute best, and we always look forward to eating here. She has such a lovely and bubbly personality, and is such an amazing server with the best customer service! Many thanks Hannah!"

"Chili’s is still one of the best fast-casual places to go. While the name brand might not be cool anymore the food is still great. The service at the Lawrence Chilis is also excellent. Our server really cared and was attentive. It’s time for the Bay Area to rediscover the awesomeness of Chili’s."

"I come here all the time and order drinks for happy hour after an all day of work. I like lost Wallet unfortunately but have pic of it and the DMV paperwork and the bar tender said no he had to see the ID IN HE HAND. Then my husband said he wanted a coke and he ask for Id What!!! So I paid for my soda left. Can’t control the bad service but can Control where I spend by money.. When to other restaurant have my drink and good service…"

"Ordered the smoke house combo with ribs, brisket quesadilla and the jalapeno cheddar sausage. Guilty pleasure. The dry rub ribs were good and the quesadilla was loaded too. Fires and garlic bread were okay and the sausage was flavorful."

"A little slow to get seated here. While it was not too busy for a weekend, our service was a bit slow with our server attending to other tables. I can’t even recall if he checked back with us for anything until we got the attention of another server for a water refill. The food is average and plating somewhat sloppy. If anything else was nearby we would’ve went as this location was not our first choice to dine in. Cleanliness needs improvement as there were a few tables that needed to be bussed. The hostess and servers should tighten up on appearance as well. All in all it’s not a bad place, I’m particularly fond of the details and this is the area that needs the most improvement."
