"I ordered a box of chick fil a minis, and the very first one I bit into tasted horrible. I had to spit it back into the box and looked at the other half. It was black in the middle instead of the normal white. I ended up feeling nauseous all morning. Unfortunately, I was already 20 min away by the time I tried my first bite while in the car. I called the restaurant, and left a voicemail since there was no answer. Nobody has called me back and it's been almost a week. I understand things can happen with unexpected bad food, but for them to not call me back to make things right is unacceptable."

"I would give it 50 stars if I could. The fries made my tongue feel like it was blessed by God’s most amazing taste he has ever conceived. The spicy deluxe absolutely flabbergasted me and made me get up and start griddying from how unparalleled it’s taste was!"

"Always check your order and count your nuggets at the drive-through. Last week, I ordered a drive-through order of 12 nuggets meal for the kids at home. When I arrived home and opened the package, we found only 9 nuggets in the box. The kids were very hungry, and of course, the missing 3 pieces made it not enough. Couldn't drive back to discuss 3 pieces and decided to talk to them next week when I make my weekly order for the kids. Today, I went to the store to make a new order and told them that my last order was missing 3 nuggets. I was surprised that they told me there is nothing they can do about it because it's more than a day old. I didn't want to make a big deal about 3 nuggets, but I am very disappointed and never going there again. It's totally unprofessional. The restaurant in general went down the drain after a new management took over around a year ago. But today's encounter is the straw that broke the camel's back. Shame on you Chick-fil-A"

"The sandwich is perfect. Chicken is soft and fresh. All ingredients are delicious. Bacon is crispy, and buns are soft. Waffle potato fries aren't wet and cooked awersome. The staff is polite. The design here is new and pretty good for sitting."

"This is our first time here. It's a little bit expensive compared to other fast food chains (we know it is before going there). I didn't feel any difference between their chicken sandwich and other chains. Their milkshake is awesome. We didn't like the fries they gave us along with the meal. They were very thick and not crispy. Kids loved their cookies milkshake. The bathroom was stinky. Chicken nuggets were ok. Mac and cheese was awesome."
