"My son wanted to give his brother a back-to-school treat and he ordered from here. The meals were ready by the time I arrived for pick-up, It was neatly packed. The wings were great. All the flavours ordered were a 10/10 the Lemon Pepper, Hawaiian, BBQ, and spicy Korean flavors"

"Ordered online and went to the store, was told they are making the order and would take a couple minutes. End up waiting in store for about 50 minutes for a chicken sandwich and 10 wings. When asked they said they thought I was waiting for door dash..this is a joke right…"

"So I ordered around 50$ worth of wings for my birthday on wednesday and i scheduled it to be ready for sunday since that was when i was going to have a party, but when i ordered it they made it on thursday and i got a notification saying "your wings have been made" so im thinking maybe this was a mistake so i brush it off as nothing. But later that day i decided to go down to wingsyoo just to check up on the order, and they said they threw it out already. This made me a little frustrated so i asked if i could get my money back or if i could get a another order of wings but they were extremely rude about it and offered me 5$. unbelievable. horrible customer service and now thats 50 plus dollars down the drain on my bday."

"Don’t get me wrong, I love Wing Stop as a company. I think they’re leagues better than Buffalo Wild Wings and have fantastic flavors. But considering the price especially, this location is severely lacking. I’m here from the perspective of a delivery driver, and they are almost never consisten or honest with their time estimations. They will tell me something which was supposed to be ready, won’t be ready for another 5 minutes usually. Well that’s a lie, I often find myself waiting up to 15 extra minutes in that place and the workers they hire have no sense of urgency or care for the customer. It won’t even be busy, and they’re slowly slugging along. Not to mention, they usually make me fill up the drinks for orders I’m delivering. They are not supposed to do that, I’m pretty sure it’s a health code violation and preparing the order is not my job. As far as the food goes. Again, I love Wing Stop, but the food here is mid at best for this company. You’d think with that extra time the employees take, they’d put a little extra special care into the food they create. News flash, they usually don’t. And it’s usually no where near as good as other Wing Stops I’ve been to. This location needs better scrutiny in their hiring process, and better management that will run a tighter ship, or they will lose this location."
