"I live 5mins from this place and get take out pretty often(Not after this incident). The past few months I noticed there was different staff and they can’t seem to get my order right every single time! Each time I order without lettuce, I always find the lettuce. What’s the point in having dietary restrictions when you want your Customers to eat what you serve?? Keep in mind I go off peak hours so I’m usually the only one in line so no excuse of being “busy”. But last night was an entirely different situation. Not only did they get my order wrong AGAIN but they also put the incorrect cheese for Ghost Pepper Ranch Sandwich ALONG WITH ITS PAPER!! How long does it take to check if you’re serving the right Sandwich to your Customers?? And with paper?? That’s just plain lazy! The fries are not fresh and crispy anymore like they used to be. Like what does the staff there even do?? This place needs to get their act together before it’s too late. For me and my family, we are not going back to Wendy’s again!"
"Cleanest, nicest, and fastest Wendy's I have ever been in, probably the best fast food experience I've ever had. The parking is a little odd but if you can figure out your way inside you won't regret it. This will become a regular stop for me!"
