"Togo's fell all the way off. The worker's acted like they didn't want to be there, when I asked for my sandwich to be made a certain way, the man kept doing it wrong, not listening, and the sandwich was horrible. They didn't clean a table off for us. The experience was not good at all."

"Stopped by to grab a sandwich for a late lunch (around 2 p.m.). As I walked into the store, there are about 4 people sitting at the tables and 5 people behind the counter. Only 1 of the employee looked like was assembling a sandwich, the other employee were either chopping tomatoes or replenishing other supplies. All of this while talking pretty loudly among each other in Spanish. I stood in line (alone) for about 5 minutes but nobody acknowledged my presence. After another couple of minutes of being completely ignored, I walked out of the store. As I was leaving, one of the employees started to yell to get my attention but I was already frustrated and disgusted by the poor level of customer service. I will make sure that all my future purchases (in person or online) will benefit some other business that care about its customers."
