"This location has really bad service. I had to wait for a soup which never be delivered and finally cancelled my order. The most amazing thing is that I was the only customer siting on the table in front of the kitchen and they never even ask what I am waiting for. Now I just realize why you are closing most location which is the result of bad customer service and management. We don’t need a bad service in Bay Area and it’s good that you are going out of business."

"If you're looking for a simple meal, this place is good. I like the Choose 2 meal option. You could choose 2 out of the salad, soup, and sandwich options."

"The coleslaw SUCKS! There's no flavor in it at all! I'd rather eat macaroni salad than that junk! They have great sandwiches but their sides are ridiculously small and they put them in tiny plastic containers that only hold 1 tablespoon of food. Definitely not worth it and it's WAY OVERPRICED. The quality of this place has gone to the toilet. It used to be good in the 90's but not anymore. Expect to pay 25 bucks for a small sandwich and a teaspoon of cheap unflavored coleslaw. For 2 people, eating here will cost you over 50 dollars. It's not worth it. You'd get better quality and more food at Togos. I'd skip this place if I were you. It's too overpriced and the quantity and quality of the food are just plain SAD. You will pay at least 50 dollars for 2 sandwiches. Not worth it."

"This is one of my favorite places to grab lunch because their Strawberry Mango Spinach salad is fantastic! They finally fixed the booth seats and looks much better. Sadly there are less Le Bou’s around but this one on the corner of downtown Los Altos has parking in the back and always fresh coffee for a quick pick me up."
