"Surprisingly poor service. We placed a kiosk order and waited 25 minutes for food to come out that was incorrect; the ladies did walk out our sides freshly made after this. During this time we watched ten to-go orders get packed and picked up by people who placed them remotely. Food was okay but not worth the wait; tempura green beans were great. Definitely recommend the local place on North Texas over here."

"On Friday evening at 8:30 pm, my family and I walked into the Fairfield location, hoping we could come in and sit to eat our dinner. We were asked if we were dining in or taking out. I responded that we were dining in. Right after, the kitchen work reminded her that the dining area was closed and they were doing take out only…. Closing time is advertised as 9:30pm… this was at 8:30 on the dot. I was pretty upset considering my family was on the road for hours and wanted to sit down and have a meal together, not in our car. This was a huge disappointment and inconvenience. Even if we had walked in at 9:20pm, we should’ve been able to sit and eat. This is not how restaurants should operate."

"Had the BBQ burger with grilled onions fries and a drink. My son also had the strawberry shake he really liked it. The only thing that was not cool about the experience was the men's restroom was out of service and c couple of scruffy gentlemen were hanging around the establishment."

"Stopped here at the Fairfield location for the first time today. Food was very good. I was not disappointed. I had the double charburger with bacon. This meal comes with fries and a medium drink. The fries were good, but weren't very fresh. They were barely warm. So that's my only gripe. Other than that, everything else was very good. I'd go back."

"No drive thru but the had seating area. Quick service. Came in to try the new patty melt. It’s just as good as I remember them being. Place was clean and well organized. Will definitely be going back"
