"Poor customer service. I was charged for something that I did not order and when I told the girl at the window ahe said it automatically charges with the 8 pc family and nowhere does it specifies this on their board or online. Terrible customer service. Not the first time I’ve had bad experiences with this place. I tried calling but there was no answer."
"we ordered a 12 piece chicken set for $56 and they did not include the biscuits in the order. When we went back, she tried to throw the biscuits into the order when the rest of my food was already cold, and they would not give us a fresh order, and they had a bad attitude while performing the service. so we waited in line for 20 minutes to get the biscuits by which time the rest of the order were cold because there was no walking for service."
"Chicken was not hot, it was extremely dry and rubbery, wasn’t for human consumption, tasted like it was refried at one point. The biscuits were stones. I would have retuned the family meal and the 4 cookies but I was way to busy, we gave it to our dogs as treats. They were happy with it l."
"Clean, well lit, remodeled location. Gets a bit show during peak periods such as lunch but that's to be expected. Visited 3 times now, twice in drive through once in store. Food had been hot and fresh, service good, no complaints."
